URL fix and README update #363

Changes the URL to the official site and updates the README.

This will fix the infinite buffering issue and also update the README.

I should add that the update to the README is to notify that the plugin is deprecated, but still usable, linking to it's issue page.

Also, if you do use anime9, please check the subreddit for links. As sites such as 9anime.vip, .ru and so on are clones and can contain malicious content and code. For now, the current official domain is 9anime.to with subdomains with the following scheme being other routes one can take to access the site: "www#" (example: "www1.9anime.to")
