Not a big deal right now since it's just something to put in place to keep the user from having to made unneeded entries.
Let's say I have 5 points left and I hit something between a 6 and a 20. I won't need the triple/double/single pop up. As soon as I would hit something higher than a 5 I think it would be good if the turn just ended (i.e. I need 5 and my first dart is a 6, just go straight to saying opponent's turn)
