We should not save issued workspaces with source, and must allow for loading in Classic #18

With changing the default to save source as typed in the workspace we must ensure that we can load workspaces in Classic. We should not anyway save source in workspaces which are included in releases. So add "nosource" option to DBuild to allow the build process to do this.
