Replace references to OS X with references to macOS #31

Apple did, so we have to.

We moved from OS X to macOS in 2016. Any remnants of the older name should be replaced. I can find two occurrences, both in the Dyalog for Microsoft Windows Installation and Configuration Guide, sections on CFEXT and WSEXT.
