Basic ability to have links and uploads #249

This is functional only and not polished - there are no styles etc. Everything in here is also subject to change.

This is still not a completely polished and finished state. However, Morten has been using this code on a side project this weekend, and it's stood up to his testing. Based on some of his feedback, it's also now unfortunately grown in scope to include eg setting and getting cookies and such. So it's starting to feel a little unwieldy and I'd rather not keep adding to it.
