Remove Kendo from main #259

This isn't abandoning Kendo work - there are ideas for making this a library instead.

Until that happens, https://github.com/cursork/jswc-web/tree/kendo will be a branch with the Kendo additions that also tracks updates to main.

I'm going to merge, as it's simply a removal of components, which continue to live on in the kendo branch mentioned above.
