Remove reference to DFSUtils.DateToIDN #15

Just for curiousity: why did you write a DateToIDN -fninstead of using ¯1 1 ⎕DT ⊂ts ? Apart from that, 👍

Because APLProcess needs to work with versions of Dyalog that predate ⎕DT.
