It should be possible to re-establish broken links #469

It would be useful to be able to re-establish a link between a directory and a populated namespace, for example using a -resync switch on ]link.create.

At the moment, if a workspace is saved with links broken, there is no easy way to re-establish the link and have it refreshed.
