Move all code to a folder Test and turn into individual function files
Move the GhostRider submodule along with it
Add ⎕SE.Link.RunTests which loads tests into ⎕SE.LinkTest and runs them
Modify the tests to allow ⎕SE.Link and ⎕SE.LinkTest being actively linked while tests run
Bump Version to 4.0.3

Merging despite the failed version number checks, I did bump the version number in the original commit.
