Issues with printing preferences

• [ ] The 🖨 button belongs inside the tab contents, adjacent to the [RESET] button and should just be a button saying [PRINT], not an icon
• [ ] when printing shortcuts, make the key names black, not light grey
• [ ] when printing shortcuts, make the empty PF-key fields be empty (do not show placeholder text)
• [ ] when printing the keyboard, do not show the IME checkbox
• [ ] when printing the keyboard, do not show "Choose layout:" only the actual layout name
