[ ] #prf_nav should have same background-color as .dlg_btns in both light (#dde0ec) and dark mode (#323445)
[ ] remove the <hr> (replace it with a bit of spacing by removing the margin-top: -2px; rule)
[ ] Do not colour the .selected tab title purple, but instead add border-bottom: 0.5ex solid #7688d9
