Attempting to enter or delete characters in the tracer results in "Cannot edit while interpreter busy" popup #1161

⎕fx'foo' '1' '2' foo TC now hit "a" .. get the popup.

Not entirely sure under what combination of RIDE and APL versions this changed, but in some earlier combinations you got the (IMHO) better popup msg "Cannot edit in read-only editor". With some earlier combinations you got no messages.
