RunVariations is changed to an operator that takes in the model and operation as arguments to generalise the runvariations function.

tests that don't use this are:

Need monadic support:

• [x] magnitude
• [ ] unique
• [ ] uniquemask

Use a different runvariations:

• [ ] indexof
• [ ] membership
