Ability to test on classic #56

Right now, the code is only able to run on Unicode and kind of on classic because of ⎕UCS.

Things to be done:

[ ] Need to use :Trap to test for translation error
[ ] Need to figure out the use of ⎕AV ⎕AVU ⎕UCS conditionally
[ ] or just skip for cases testing things that are not available in classic
