Auto detect language

In rsponse for r105:

What do you think about adding auto detect browser language preference to load 
corresponding translation file into installation steps pages?

This feature could be usefull to help users in their install process.

Some regex can make this job into the setup script and don't affect Slimstats 
core files: a kind of enhancement ommited into Mint ;)

That's an excellent idea. I wonder if it might be preferable to just do it 
entirely automatically in the constructor of SlimStatConfig. That would mean 
the user would never have to change the setting. I'll see if I can make it work.
