fix semantics of p tag #11

there arent really any paragraphs on the page, per se. everything is kind of a header / subheader / freestanding piece of information.

right now my thought is: the p tags in the header and around the act descriptions make sense. theyre one sentence "paragraphs". but the show dates should be spans marked with a class

i think the same thing for the h3s actually. not sure theyre actually headers in any meaningful sense.

we should talk about it.
