Want to be able to run a bunch of random scenarios with m voters and n candidates (m close to n) and gather statistics on them
Record quantitative and qualitative results from running simulations in this repo
May also want to include parameters of a simulation run with each recording of results (probably just need to log m, n, and RNG seed? Maybe log all the ballots?)

Started working on this in https://github.com/DylanSp/decision-maker-experiments/commit/dd308a6e9845f8b3025bb5889580c84b233ecc0f; code is somewhat sloppy, results are just logged to console as text, RNG seed isn't captured/logged anywhere.
