Describe the bug The defaultSource prop does not do anything and the default image won't show up

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior if possible, or a link to a reproduction repo:

Expected behavior I wanted to see the default image (local file)

Yep, just crashes for me, no errors, hard crash
