More Gear and Ability Data #10

A lot more gear added to the game and accurate ability numbers are now available.

I am aware and will be rolling out a new update soon. Can you provide source for ability data or I will go with https://github.com/lolcookie/splatoon-calculator/issues/9.

More detailed data and formulas have been found here by the Japanese community. You can Google Translate the page.

Yeah the data source in that other issue is what I was talking about.

I want to say it is pretty accurate. I've tested a lot of the Special Charge Ups and they seem to be accurate.

Added new gear and merged locke64's PR to have everything working fine now.
