[FEATURE] Open Zettel ("search for zettel") should only list ZKs with children

Requested Feature

When configured with a separator like - the "Open Zettel" command returns a ton of noise and old notes with simple names like My Random Note - a sub-title I gave it 4 years ago

Solution

• Use un-trimmed separator to match ZKs (ie. keep spaces in -)
• Add option or make mandatory to find child ZK pages to include in Search/Open lists
• Could be handling by adding an optional regex format to separator

Considerations

• I haven't considered many alternatives, primary being changing my separator key - but I like a hypen and have many years of notes following it
• a way to list ZKs found, and manage them (ie. I could go and edit/update them until my list of ZKs is only properly formatted ones with IDs etc)
