After detecting an existing instance of SQL Server, and trying to proceed to the next form of the install wizard, an error is received "The installation of the Server Component is not allowed on a remove server" when in fact, the server name is the local server.
In this example, the local server is named "I-Win2019".
WORKAROUND is to change the server name from "I-Win2019" to "(local)".
