Simplifying challenges, testing and fixing challenge demos

AbstractChallenge:

• Better documentation
• Simplified jobs filtering
• Added optional write results to file (seq and in parallel)

ScalingChallenges

• Switched over to simpler filtering
• Fixed bug with FixedError binary search stuck in a loop
