Generate 5 test datasets

Generate sub-images (aka tiles or patches) and make them 5 datasets with 3 classes Slum, BuiltUp, and NonBuiltUp each corresponding to the following tile grid sizes (use 1/4th of the size as step_size):

• [x] 250 m = 417 px

• [x] 200 m. = 333 px.

• [x] 150 m. = 250 px.

• [x] 100 m. = 167 px.

• [x] 50 m. = 83 px.

Used the test_imageTiling for generating the datasets.

Redo with equal size tiles and exclude Mixed class.

For now keep it as is and see if it works.
