Cannot create new users

First of all: I'm amazed to see we now have a web interface!!!!

So, I'm trying to use Rainy 0.5.0 since suddenly 0.2.3 stopped working for me. I just downloaded the zipball. However, I noticed the users are not created in the settings file anymore. Using the web interface, however, I can't add new users either. Here's the log with the request:
