Feature/timesync #61

Proposing to merge the timesync branch Daniel and I were working on directly into current feature branch. Core functionality works, it will need to be converted into the new Node interface for use in the Flowchart.

Also this code was dependent on the old Eotvos implementation, that will need to be refactored to work with new Eotvos Node.

After discussion we will rebase this branch onto develop, and work from there to make the changes necessary to integrate it with the new Flowchart/Node API.
