Add user configurable lookup tables for motor distance units #13

It would be good to be able to configure a custom lookup table for motor distance units to match certain applications such as when using a NanoMoco device to drive a lens focus or zoom ring or other applications where the scale is non linear. Also to allow the option of using a custom unit.

For example: the user enters the Focus distance markings on the lens ring & a corresponding stepper value for each position.

Entry of the data could be either fully manual in a grid based LUT or from a jog wheel based entry system where the user uses moves the motor to the desired point, adds the relevant data from the lens scale and clicks next, then repeat until all entries are made then click ok to save.

The ability to save these lookup tables & share with others on the DP website / forum would be nice.

When in the Main Graffik Film dialogue, distances for that axis are displayed in the units as entered in the lookup table.

This lookup table would also be ideal for setting up the end stops mentioned in issue #8

is there plans to further implement #13? i would love to invest in nanoMoCo hardware but i'm not sure about the further development of graffik (not so much activities). is there plans to further enhance the software? thanks for everything you did and plan to do.
