Thaumic Bases Unofficial recent update. #1

Greetings, Salutations and Hallucinations,

Minecraft 1.12.2 Thaumic Bases Unofficial had a recent update to version thaumicbases-3.5.200.0. If or when you have time could you please update the Dynamic Trees for Thaumcraft Addons so that it will work with the new version of Thaumic Bases Unofficial.

Getting the crash error: The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from Dynamic Trees for Thaumcraft Addons (dynamictreesthaumicbases)

This was happening for me too and seeing as it's now 6/19/2023 I decided to fix it myself.

Basically Thaumic Bases removed the generation of a config file and in doing so removed the class com.rumaruka.thaumicbases.utils.TBConfig which this mod calls to determine if it generates the rainbow cactus and some other stuff but seeing as all of this is just enabled always now it doesn't really matter so I simply removed the check as well as the usage of said class and everything now compiles and works.

I submitted pull request #2 for the solution I made and have released a test build* to demonstrate it works.

*If the mod author would prefer I remove the test build then feel free to let me know and I'll gladly take it down.
