Its latest version this mod in 1.16.5 Trees like cacti with the dynamic trees plus mod have the texture as shown in the picture. And trees from mod dynamic trees have such textures after the destruction of the tree (sometimes it even stutters the game)
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: You enter a world and destroy a tree, no matter if it's creative or survival, models always break
