Describe the bug A crash caused by using LegacyRandomSource in multple threads https://p.sc3.io/VqyecRUnEQ

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Seemed to randomly happen in level generation

Are you running the latest version of Dynamic Trees? (Currently 0.9.23 in 1.12.2 or 0.10.0-Beta12 in 1.16.5) Yes for 1.19.2
