power bi can't be show after publish to the form #23

Hello we used this tool and published one power BI report to the form of a table in power app solutions as below and can't see the report while the form has error like the

error pbi to app a tile is embed to the form field but not report

a tile is embed to the form field but not report setting on pbi embeded tool
