Update to Advance Steel 2025, .NET 8, AutoCAD 2025, Dynamo Core 3.0.3

Purpose

Problem to solve:

Updated Dynamo Extension for Advance Steel to work with Dynamo Core 3.0.3 and AutoCAD 2025
Updated to compile with NET 8
Updated sample scripts to replace obsolete nodes with up to date ones
Code changes required to fix obsolete API usage errors & warnings

Proposal:

Update projects' format to SDK-style
DynamoServices.TraceUtils.GetTraceData no longer returns ISerializable, returns string instead.
Models.DynamoModel.HostAnalyticsInfo is now a static property
Removal of the UpdateManager class from Dynamo. One lookup function has been moved to PathResolver as a result.
