BUG report from Dynamo 2.13.1.3887 #13385

Issue Description

When I want to move point using Direct Manipulation the axis select tolerance are so small that surface node GeometryColor.BySurfaceColors gets selected all the time making it impossible to move point in one axis. When moving in two axis the automatic run starts even when mouse is not released resulting in bad performance and user experience. Please increase Direct Manipulation selection tolerances and add option to set "Run on mouse release" . Render Precision set to High/Low and Isolate selected geometry on/off with same results.
