Geometry.Intersect operation failed. #15003

In Dynamo (for Civil3D) version 2.15.1.6076.

What did you do?

2 Nurbscurves (degree 3) who clearly intersect each other at 1 point.

What did you expect to see?

Its normal that the Geometry.Intersect node returns the point of intersection.

What did you see instead?

When using the Geometry.Intersect node it gives te error: Geometry.Intersect operation failed. Unable to make edge body : IG_CURVE_BS3_COI_VERTS--Curve or its approximation have coincident control points.

What packages or external references (if any) were used?
