It would be great if we could run Dynamo from a perspective view or walkthru camera view.

Talk to the Revit team :)

It's pretty ridiculous. This is a limitation of the Revit API that you can' t run addins from perspective views. We'll put it on our list of things to bug them about.

I'm closing this as we cannot fix this until the Revit team exposes this in the API.
