As soon as I uninstall Collaboration for Revit, Dynamo starts fine...
@Randy-Ma, @jnealb Please take a look and file a defect. Looks like some conflict with event registration.

Thanks @LukeyJohnson , there is a Revit team that is aware of this and working on a solution right now. As you note, it seems to affect a number of addins
This is tracked with MAGN-7987.
This broke a number of my addins, including Dynamo.
Uninstall / reinstall, try v8 and v8.1, all result in same dynamo error... attached:
