Purpose

This pull request addresses JIRA task DYN-903.

This pull request does

[x] Update xml and json to reflect 2.0 library
[x] Link new library structure to existing example files and images

~~This pull request does not~~ ~~- migrate existing "In Depth" data to Dictionary 2.0~~

@scottmitchell This LGTM, but as mentioned in https://jira.autodesk.com/browse/DYN-903 let's discuss with @QilongTang on how to deploy and maintain release branches for this before we merge.
