Added JSON schema markdown documentation. Included XML doc as well. Added readme in data directory

@zeusongit reading these docs - I still don't understand if to manually add a node I would need to add it to both the .json and .xml file or just the json or just the xml. Can you clarify in the readme please?

Added a section to make it clear.
