Add generic documentation to add node's description for all hosts. #48

Updated documentation to make it more generalized so that all hosts can add documentation for their respective nodes.

Example of Civil3D below:

Just add a section in Node_Library.xml and add related images to public/images/src/Resources.

@zeusongit Good stuff, the new file Node_Library.xml is not reviewable. So I would like to ask if the Civil 3D root category was added already or you were just showing an example in your picture above?

Yes that root category was added as an example. For Node_Library.xml file, I just renamed it from Revit_Library.xml as it contains data for all nodes instead of just Revit's.

Yes that root category was added as an example. For Node_Library.xml file, I just renamed it from Revit_Library.xml as it contains data for all nodes instead of just Revit's.

Thanks, the next step is that I will point the C3D side to this documentation and ask them to build locally and follow your docs.
