Chore/upgrade to react16 #52

Update to React16 effort from our friends. This is built on top of https://github.com/DynamoDS/DynamoDictionary/pull/38 with also the effort to update material-ui to newer version.

TODO:

[ ] Test locally the functionality of the Dictionary website
[ ] Check what security vulns left after these changes
