Link in online help is not working #102

In the section http://dynamoprimer.com/en/11_Web_Experience/11-2_Send_to_Web.html is a link to an online example of Dynamo:

This is the customizer we are going to make. View this example on the web.

This link behind "web" is not working:

The link actually is mentioned twice on that page, so in case the URL is wrong, it needs to be corrected in both places.

The URL misses "/". The correct one is http://primer.dynamobim.org/en/

This is fixed in PR #112 The link now points to the customizer link at https://dynamo.autodesk.com/share/572a49033a47345a0407e803. This wasn't necessarily because of the new URL. cc @Racel
