DS pinned taskbar doesn't maximise app on startup

What did you do?

Pinned to taskbar, under properties window maximized at startup

What did you expect to see?

DS in maximized window

What did you see instead?

Normal window, even after maximizing window and closing app, upon opening again in normal sized window
