What did you see instead?

Wish for improvement (ish): Reading your 1.0.0 release notes I note the line: "Install: we have created a separate installation for "core" Dynamo functionality, those tools used by all implementations of Dynamo, and Revit, and Studio installations. This allows for the sharing of a common core of Dynamo code and packages." Now, I know that some in the community wonders how this will be implemented for the users. As for now there are small differences between Core/Studio (Only the dwg-functionality as far as I can see?), but if there will be more functionality coming exclusively to Studio, how can I, as a "poweruser", use Studio functionality AND the Revit functionality without switching between the two? Will all the functionality built for Studio eventually be integrated in Revit version as well? Addins? Packages? If it is not violating any NDA's could some in the dev team care to share any insight in this matter? (I really want the to use the dwg import functionality of Studio to Revit..)

If this issue/request violates the terms of Ian Keough's spring cleaning in here, just close it and I'll ask about it elsewhere. (I tried your facebook page and forum first.)

@josols, In this release we have consolidated the package manager downloads, and if a user has downloaded a package for Studio, that package is automatically available for Revit. So you don't need to install your package twice. However if the package was downloaded by Dynamo for Revit, then those packages will not be available on Studio, because some of those packages may not work on Dynamo Studio.

I'm not sure you understood me correctly. Features such as the dwg handling capabilities of dynamo studio. How will this be available to me as a dynamo for Revit user?

Use of the translation nodes from Dynamo Studio is very high on my priority list as well! Adding new labels to this to give this some life.
