Merge the master branch to the Revit2015 branch #14

This is to merge the changes in the master branch to the Revit2015 branch.

The corresponding changes in the master branch is: https://github.com/DynamoDS/RevitTestFramework/pull/13

As the issues are blocking some test cases from running, I am merging this first. Could you help review it? If there are any issues, I will make a new submission to fix them.
