This is to merge the master branch to the Revit2015 branch.

I will merge this first. If there are any issues, I will fix them later.

Ahhh. Thanks @Randy-Ma for catching this. I was, in truth, using the gui application to test. We should add a sanity check tests that the console application can dry run with parameters.
