Update Revit Test Framework installer #89

  1. Restore some dll's property and make them no longer copy to the build directory.
  2. Upgrade RTFInstaller.iss GUID to make the installer unique.
  3. Update the RevitTestFrameworkInstaller2019 to use the new feature.
