Adds a check for glibc 2.39 on x64. x86 values are left unchanged.

Fixes #6693

Just updated the glibc on my archlinux from 2.39-1 to 2.39-2, and the offsets changed again. What a nightmare!

The new offsets are 0x2d8 and 0x2e0. Wonder if it's archlinux-specific.
