[TalkBack] German "Ringer Volume" Template String has Bad Formatter

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change the volume.
2. Deactivate or activate the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The speech only say "1$s procent".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TalkBack Version: Current 2.6.X
Operating System: Android 2.1 Update 1.

Please provide any additional information below.

Phone: Motorola Milestone 
Provider: Vodafone D2
Republic: Germany

It means a bug in the german translation. I send a updated file to the 
eyes-free team a fiew weeks ago.

Reproduced and confirmed.  Caused by a malformed template string in the German 
translation.  Will update when patch has been submitted.
