Add a section describing the advantages having the Database Agent monitoring the MessageBox which is an SQL Database, normally MS SQL. Since the native COM Module commits all the work to the database, there is no connection pool exposed in ADO.NET. Moniting the Database Health and gettig Live metrics as Locks, Sessions, Slowest SQL, etc.. improves the Root Cause identification drastically for BizTalk.
