EPP Not really supported till version 4.0 .

Hi @nnmathieugrin. Your PR is not complete. It leaves out recent changes in collector.pp, for example, and does not properly clean up resource/configure_init_script. I also strongly believe that it will make our trunk fail for the Collector and the Web Server Agent parts. I'll look into this soon, but please run the tests on your end before you submit a PR. Thanks!

Hi @nnmathieugrin! I have resolved the issue in PR #18. Back to ERB now!
