Hi, I am running it on arm, looks like it doesn't support arm? Is it hard to add lib and stuff to make it support arm?

Hello, ARM is not supported by the OneAgent SDK for C/C++, nor currently on the roadmap. Consider using OpenTelemetry and OTLP ingest instead: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/otel-wt-cpp
